Return & warranty policy

Every TekLocks device is engineered to last. If your purchase is not exactly what you expected, we make returns simple across Africa.

14-day returns

You may return any unused TekLocks device within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping. Devices must be in original packaging with all accessories.

2-year hardware warranty

All smart locks, padlocks and hotel locks include a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Batteries and consumables carry a 6-month warranty.

How to initiate a return

1. Email teklocksafrica@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Our team responds with a return authorisation.
3. Ship the device to the nearest TekLocks hub (Lagos, Nairobi, Accra, Johannesburg).
4. Refunds are processed after inspection.

Exclusions

Custom-configured hotel fleets, installed devices, and services (installation, maintenance, VIP support) are non-refundable once activated.
